Zimmerman is a serious moron, with likely below average IQ. An aspiring cop, at age 28? Seriously. And anything else I’ve read about him suggests that he’s emotional and can’t reason for himself.
I really do think he believed, in his tiny brain, that he was doing that right thing. Zimmerman and Martin likely feared for their lives equally, and Zimmerman panicked. But that’s what happens when our country lets morons have guns. He killed a child, and he should be on trial. It is ridiculously unfair that he doesn’t at least get a trial. It’s been a month since the shooting, I’m annoyed with all the press, this shouldn’t be a national issue. A grand jury, to decide if Zimmerman even should need a trial, is absurd.
DOUCHEBAG of the Month: M. Holt, Justifies 17 year-old T. Martin's death
Blaze assistant editor Mytheos Holt (pictured) has written an entire article bashing Trayvon Martin, the 17 year-old teen who was shot by neighborhood watch hero George Zimmerman. In an unprecedented gesture of douchebaggery, the cigar-smoking, GOP pin-flashing, Wesleyan college grad points out that Martin had been suspended from school for “excessive tardiness.” Fuck, if they start shooting people for that, I should probably stop showing up to work so late.
BUT Holt then goes on to list the many other offenses that the seventeen year-old high school student could have engaged in to warrant such a suspension including
“There is a popular Irish tradition that a woman may propose marriage to a man on February 29. If the man refuses, he then is obligated to give the woman money or buy her a dress. In upper-class societies in Europe, if the man refuses marriage, he then must purchase 12 pairs of gloves for the woman, suggesting that the gloves are to hide the woman’s embarrassment of not having an engagement ring.”—
Question of the day: Where the fuck would you even find 12 different pairs of gloves?
