you are correct. so eat it RAW :) or juice it.. i could never eat a whole broccoli stem but i juice several at at a time so i get all those vitamins. Mmmm 

Oh!  Come to think of it, I’ve never actually tried raw broccoli.  I just didn’t think it was something you could eat raw.  Less work for me!  Thanks.
